Our history

  • 2008

    When Rudi Kesic founded Advantage Business Agency in 2008, he could not have imagined the reach his small firm would eventually have. Seven years later, the firm has grown into a global professional services company serving hundreds of clients across the world.

  • 2011

    The economic world was in flux. A troubled world economy, financial crisis and widespread social unrest were undermining confidence. 2011 proved to be our most challenging year, forcing us to learn some tough but invaluable lessons. One outcome of this process was a substantial investment in knowledge development, particularly in our key areas of expertise, strategy and finance.

  • 2012

    As our client base continued to grow, we established new offices in Birmingham and Leicester. As we grew, so too did our commitment to our "one firm" concept. We believed then (and now) that only by remaining a single organisation rather than a loose group of offices could we simultaneously deliver the best possible client service and treat our own people with utmost fairness and integrity.

  • 2013

    The formation of new divisions that focused on the public and social sectors signalled our long-term commitment to help leaders drive change beyond corporate boundaries. Our high-profile work on social investment, manufacturing, healthcare, education and economic development underscored that Advantage Business Agency today has a key integrative role to play, bringing together stakeholders from the private, public and social sectors to find actionable solutions to pressing challenges.

  • 2014

    Throughout 2014, our client service continued to diversify beyond the traditional core of consulting, accountancy, tax and finance. Our ICT division advanced the conversation on business processes, as technology became an important part of the business development agenda. The firm continued to grow, with two additional offices opened in Manchester and London.
